Case Study - HDPE Extruded Netting

Client’s requirements:

Quantity HDPE windbreak extruded netting is need, to shelter the small trees during their first years, and protect them from the damage of heavy storms. Meanwhile, the netting should be UV resistant for longer lifespan. The height of the netting is 1 m, and length from 25 m to 50 m is OK.

Solution:

1. Small hole size:
   Concerning the operating environment is cold and windy, thus, small holes 12 mm × 5 mm is a good choice to disturb the wind flow, and protect the tree from heavy wind. And the netting is 360 g/m².
2. UV resistance:
   We add anti-UV additives, which make the netting aging resistant, ensure the long-term usage in harsh environment.
3. Pure HDPE raw material:
   I never use the recycled HDPE as raw material. Thus, our netting is light, durable and long-lasting. When you bend the netting, there is no white fold mark left.
4. Standard length:
   The standard length of 30 m per roll. And our customer accept this roll length.
